Russ Litsinger Russ joined Marcum Engineering in 2005 and serves as a Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer. Russ is responsible for the direct supervision of design professionals to facilitate production of contract documents drawings and technical specifications. His design responsibilities include fire protection, plumbing and HVAC systems for commercial, municipal, institutional and industrial construction projects
